5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CoreOps retains ownership of internal tools, templates, and methods. Client-owned data and materials remain the property of the client.

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Compliance guidance is operational support and does not replace legal or tax advice.


7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoreOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.


8. Termination

Either party may end services according to the service agreement or billing cycle terms. Outstanding balances remain payable.


9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
